For the month of October, I’m dishing out a 5-part series on how to create abundance in your business, and of course, I’ll be relating it all back to your health, because your health is your greatest asset, your secret weapon and the most profound advancement tool you can have, when it comes to reaching your business goals.

The first part of this series is going to give you a better grasp of how to start attracting abundance through some simple exercises that you can kind of run through in your head or write down, if that’s more your style.

The goal is dissolve blockages and restore flow, so that abundance flows more easily towards you.

I’m not gonna lie, these exercises are probably going to stir up some shit for you, but the goal is that you’ll feel more confident, clear and creative going into this next stage of your personal and business development.

Hey lady, and welcome back to another episode of The WELLthy Woman Podcast. For the month of October, I’m dishing out a 5-part series on how to create abundance in your business, and of course, I’ll be relating it ALL back to your health, because your health is your greatest asset… your secret weapon… and the most profound advancement tool you can have, when it comes to reaching your business and life goals.

That’s the core of the what and WHY of what I do – I help purpose-driven women reclaim their health while guiding them through starting or expanding their online business.

The first part of this series is going to give you a better grasp of how to start attracting abundance through some simple exercises that you can kind of run through in your head or write down, if that’s more your style.

I’m not gonna lie, these exercises are probably going to stir up some shit for you, but the goal is that you’ll feel more confident, clear and creative going into this next stage of your personal and business development. Sound good?

Alright, this first part is all about acknowledging your current situation.

Now, I know how easy it is to resist this, so instead of pulling away, which I’m really good at myself…  I challenge you to lean in and really check in with yourself.

Where are you in your business? Are you doing what you love? Are you calling the shots? Is it aligned with your purpose and passion?

Where are you with your finances? When’s the last time you did a thorough comb through of your statements or had chat with your accountant or financial planner?

Where are you with your relationships? When’s the last time you and your bestie had a heart to heart? Are you and your partner feeling super solid or slightly shaky?

Where are you with your creativity and play? When’s the last time you laughed to tears?

Where are you with your health? What are you brushing off as “I guess I’m just getting older” or “well, everyone else I know is dealing with it, so it must be normal”?

Where are you with your nature connection? Have you unplugged lately? When’s the last time your skin was in direct contact with dirt or a plant?

Where are you with your personal growth and development? Are you taking time to challenge your perspective, sit with your emotions or acknowledge unhealthy patterns?

What comes up for you?

It’s likely that as I was going through that list that at least a couple of those gave you some pause… made you tense up a bit… or at the very least made you roll your eyes, right?

Which of these areas are you ignoring or avoiding? And how could giving a little extra love to one of these areas free up that tension, open up the flow and allow more abundance into your life. And when I say “abundance”, I’m not only talking money, but also an abundance of love, support, gratitude, quality relationships, business opportunities, laughter… all the things, okay?

I know, for me, when there’s an area that I’m reflecting on that gives me pause, it almost acts like a dam where energy bottles up and becomes stagnant.

It doesn’t matter where it’s showing up, but that stagnant energy then transfers into the physical realm and manifests as anxiety and that anxiety ends up affecting other areas, like my health or my relationships.

It can interfere with my sleep, decrease my resilience to stress, shorten my fuse and totally crush my creativity.

Even though this can happen with any of the areas I mentioned: business, finances, relationships, creativity, play, health, nature connection, personal growth and development – it’s important to identify the area, so you know where you need to put a little extra love and attention.

For this second part, I want you to choose one of the areas that came up for you and start to formulate a plan around what you can do to love up on that area.

What is one action that you can take today that will enhance that area and energetically show that area that you’re paying attention?

If it’s your business, maybe you need to check in with yourself to see if what you’re working on is in alignment with your purpose and passion.

If it’s your finances, maybe you need to check in with your accountant – even if it’s been forever and you feel totally out of the loop.

If it’s a relationship, maybe you need to give someone a call, schedule a coffee date or send a spontaneous gift.

If it’s your creativity and play, maybe you need to shake your body, bounce on a trampoline, doodle or journal.

If it’s your health, maybe it’s time to quit sugar for good, cut down on the booze, limit the chemicals you’re exposing your body to, or maybe it’s finally time to work with someone who can actually help you elevate your health. I’ll tell you how you can apply to work with me towards the end of the episode.

If it’s your nature connection, maybe you need to head out on a hike, stand barefoot in the grass or get your hands dirty in the garden.

If it’s your personal development, maybe you need take an online class or add a book to your queue in audible (by the way, I have an awesome resources section on my website with some of my favorite books – I’ll link to it in the show notes).

You get the idea, right? Just choose one action today and see how it feels.

Lastly, of the areas that we’ve talked about – and by the way, if there’s an area I overlooked, (1) please let me know, and (2) use that area, if it resonates with you more… alright so, of those areas, I’m guessing that you have at least one area totally dialed.

One area where you’re like, “damn… this shiz is totes under control”, so if that’s the case, I want you sit and soak in gratitude for that area or those areas, because it’s so important to acknowledge and celebrate the wins, okay?

To recap for today’s Part 1 of the Creating Abundance in Your Business Series

  1. Check in with the major pillars of your life – where are things feeling stuck?
  2. Give that area some love by taking one action today.
  3. Sit and soak in the gratitude for at least one area that you’ve got dialed.

Uncovering and removing these stagnant blocks, while showing gratitude for what you already have, raises your vibration and signals more abundance to flow towards you – I hope you’re ready for it!
