As a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner with experience as a Naturopathic Primary Care Provider, Functional Medicine Practitioner, Acupuncturist and Certified Chinese Herbalist, I’m able to guide you through a more strategic and streamlined healing process.

Unique Framework

After working with hundreds of clients, it’s clear that typical dietary approaches like anti-inflammatory, paleo, or keto diet don’t work for everyone. Most women initially lose 5-10 lbs and then plateau. They eat ALL the right foods, miss their goal and pull their hair out while struggling to stick to an exercise program and take pointless supplements. This program is different.

Let’s debunk some myths…

MYTH #1: I've tried everything!

Many people feel like they’ve done everything that they can to get better. However, within a few short minutes it becomes clear that there are many stones still unturned. When a person submits to the thought of having “tried everything” they subconsciously submit to the idea that nothing more can be done. This is far from the truth. 

MYTH #2: I don't have time!

We are all allotted the same amount of time in a day, and that time passes whether you’re healthy or not. Few things are more wasteful than time spent managing an illness or disease. Think of all the hours spent online researching your issues. When you don’t feel well, you’re also less productive, less social, and less happy.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does this program start?

The next round of Your Metabolic RESET starts April 1, 2019, BUT there are some things you need to do to prepare. I recommend signing up ASAP, so you can save your spot and confidently hit the ground running!

Can we work together remotely?

Yes! All coaching calls can be done via teleconference (video or phone).

How long before I safely reach my goal weight?

There are many factors involved in determining how long it will take for an individual to heal, such as your level of participation and commitment, your individual health issues, and your current state of vitality. It’s important to understand that it’s not reasonable to expect to undo decades of damage in just a few weeks. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to healing, because we’re all unique individuals with different histories, abilities, lifestyles, and needs. This means the healing process will be as unique as you and we like to allow it to unfold naturally as your body permits. No matter how long it takes, we are here to support you throughout your metabolic journey.

That being said, most individuals release anywhere from 20-30 pounds within the length of this program, and you will have lifetime access, which you can take advantage of, if you’re wanting to release more than 30 pounds. 

Are payment plans available?

YES! The total investment for Your Metabolic RESET is $3,000 ($2,500 early-bird special), and you save $400, if paid in full. However, I do offer a payment plan with a deposit of $850, to save your spot, and three additional monthly payments of $850.

Do I have to purchase anything besides the program?

Yes, you will be responsible for your supplements (less than $200 for the entire program) and your digital food scale (about $10 on Amazon).

What if I have food sensitivities?

This program is free of soy, corn, dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten and sugar – the top six food sensitivities. The program is based on eating whole foods like clean animal protein, vegetables and fruits. If you have any additional questions, please reach out.

Is lab testing necessary for this program?

No! In this program, testing is optional. However, labs are a vital part of the process in uncovering hidden imbalances, discovering healing opportunities, and getting to the root cause of your health issues.

Can we work together after the program?

Yes! Whether you choose to adopt a proactive approach to maintaining your health, or if you require additional support after your program is complete, there are options. The goal is to provide the right amount of support to facilitate your goals. 

Are men allowed in this program?
