LET’S DEBUNK SOME MYTHS

MYTH #1: I've tried everything!

Many women feel like they’ve done EVERYTHING that they can to lose weight. However, I usually find that within a few short minutes of chatting, there are many stones still unturned. When you submit to the thought of having “tried everything” you subconsciously submit to the idea that nothing more can be done — and this is FAR from the truth.

MYTH #2: I don't have time!

We are ALL allotted the same amount of time in a day, and that time passes whether you’re improving your health (and life!) or not. Few things are more wasteful than time spent concerned about your weight, managing an illness, or trying to reverse a disease. Think of all the hours spent online researching your symptoms, trying various weight loss programs, and energy wasted at the gym. When you don’t feel well, you’re also less productive, less social, and less happy.

 
I believe that being healthy is one of the BEST ways to free up more time for you to do the things you enjoy the most with the people you love the most. In order to help you make the most of your time, I provide clear, concise guidance on how to finally take control of your health and your life through Your Metabolic RESET.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does this program start?

The next round of Your Metabolic RESET starts JULY 1, 2019, BUT there are some things you need to do to prepare. I recommend signing up ASAP, so you can save your spot and confidently hit the ground running! 

Enrollment for JULY officially opens June 1st. 

Can we work together remotely?

Yes! All coaching calls can be done via teleconference (video or phone).

How long before I safely reach my goal weight?

There are many factors involved in determining how long it will take for an individual to heal, such as your level of participation and commitment, your individual health issues, and your current state of vitality. It’s important to understand that it’s not reasonable to expect to undo decades of damage in just a few weeks. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to healing, because we’re all unique individuals with different histories, abilities, lifestyles, and needs. This means the healing process will be as unique as you and we like to allow it to unfold naturally as your body permits. No matter how long it takes, I am here to support you throughout your metabolic journey.

That being said, most individuals release anywhere from 20-30 pounds within the length of this program, and you will have lifetime access, which you can take advantage of, if you’re wanting to release more than 30 pounds.

Are payment plans available?

YES! The total investment for Your Metabolic RESET is $3,000 ($2,500 for early-bird special ends 2/28), and you save $400, if paid in full. However, I do offer a payment plan with a deposit of $850, to save your spot, and three additional monthly payments of $850.

Do I have to purchase anything besides the program?

NO! Just your food =) 

 

What if I have food sensitivities?

This program is free of soy, corn, dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten and sugar – the top six food sensitivities. The program is based on eating whole foods like clean animal protein, vegetables and fruits. If you have any additional questions, please reach out.

Is lab testing necessary for this program?

No! In this program, testing is not required.

However, labs are a vital part of the process in uncovering hidden imbalances, discovering healing opportunities, and getting to the root cause of your health issues. If you would like to explore your health on a deeper level, with functional labs and one-on-one work with me, please schedule a WELLth Strategy Session.

Can we work together after the program?

Yes! Whether you choose to adopt a proactive approach to maintaining your health, or if you require additional support after your program is complete, there are options. The goal is to provide the right amount of support to facilitate your goals.

Are men allowed in this program?
