This page covers every tool on this site that saves something in your browser or connects to another company, what each one does and how long it lasts. Nothing optional runs until you choose.
What happens before you choose
Until you choose, this site saves nothing in your browser, sets no cookies and connects to no other company. Videos show a still image and a play button, and YouTube receives nothing from your visit until you press play. Our fonts are part of the site itself, so they don't connect anywhere either. Once you choose, we save one item in your browser that remembers your choice.
Your choices
Accept all and Reject all carry the same weight, and you can choose each category on its own. Nothing is switched on for you ahead of time. Scrolling, closing the banner or carrying on browsing doesn't count as a yes.
You can change your mind any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Turn a category off (or choose Reject all) and save. The page reloads, and the cookies this site's own code set for that category (_ga, _ga_K4PFE1K7C1, _fbp and _fbc) are deleted.
We can't delete cookies that Google, Meta, YouTube or Pinterest set on their own sites, like Meta's fr cookie on facebook.com. You can clear those in your browser's privacy or site data settings. Anything a company collected before you changed your choice stays with that company, under its own privacy policy.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we take it as a no to Analytics and Marketing, and the settings panel tells you so. If you then turn one of them on yourself, we go with your choice. Do Not Track doesn't change what runs on this site, and it doesn't turn anything on.
How long your choice lasts
We remember your choice for 6 months, then ask again. We'll also ask again sooner if the tools on this site change in a way that affects your choice.
The consent log
Each time you make a choice, we keep an anonymous record of it with our website hosting provider. It holds a random ID, the date and time, the version of this policy, the categories you chose and your country. There's no name, email address or IP address in it, and it isn't stored in your browser. We keep each record for 12 months after that choice is replaced or expires, then delete it.
Companies we link to
Some links on this site take you to other companies for checkout, our community, email and forms. They're independent businesses with their own cookie settings and privacy policies, and this banner doesn't control what happens on their sites.
