I'm a Capricorn sun, Aries moon, Cancer rising — an INFJ and a 4/1 Generator who’s more interested in alignment than algorithms.
I was put here for depth, truth, and building things that last.
I’ve been running a successful online business since 2018 — and over the past 5+ years, I've helped hundreds of health professionals grow clear, values-rooted businesses online, without needing to show up constantly, compromise their energy, or follow cookie-cutter formulas.
But I didn’t start here.
My background includes Naturopathic Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition. For years, I worked as a licensed Primary Care Provider — running brick-and-mortar practices and navigating the insurance model.
At one point, I had over 200 patients… and almost no time to give them the care they truly needed. I was exhausted, boxed in, and beginning to realize:
The traditional model wasn’t built for deep healing — or for healers like us.
So in 2018, I left the clinical path and stepped fully into the online space.
As I dove deeper into personal development, my own practice evolved from clinical settings into a soulful, sovereign business that supports deep work and real freedom.
Within six months, I crossed the 6-figure mark — and more importantly, I built a business that finally felt like home.

In awakening to this new paradigm, you’re probably wondering…
We begin August 1st, 2025 and meet for 16 weeks, following a 3-weeks-on, 1-week-off rhythm for integration. You’ll receive the full calendar after enrollment.
No problem — all calls are recorded and uploaded to your private Circle portal within 24 hours. You’ll also be able to ask questions in advance and catch up anytime.
Plan for about 2–3 hours/week total. This includes one live session (or replay), light practice work, and optional community engagement.
You’ll receive 4 months of access to the core curriculum and recordings. As a founding member, you’ll also get 1 month free inside our monthly membership space — which includes continued access, live calls, and updates. If you decide to stay longer, for ongoing access, you can choose to do so for $97/month.
